The Award Delivery Training provides trainees with the knowledge and skills required to implement the Award program successfully in their organization and support participants through their Award journey. It also qualifies them to train others to serve as Award Leaders, Adventurous Journey Supervisors, and Adventurous Journey Assessors.
For the first time, this will be delivered 100% virtually! Our hybrid model consists of online modules, group video conferences, and individualized 1:1 support for each Award Center. There will be two video conference sessions in July, for which participation is mandatory for all Summer 2020 trainees; specific dates and times will be arranged based on trainees’ stated availability. The online modules can be completed independently, and the individualized 1:1 support will be scheduled directly with Award Centers.
